Parts
Laser-cut baseplate:
- Baseplate v3 (x1) (BASEPLATE-v3.dxf/source). See manufacturing notes below.
Fasteners:
- M5 x 10 mm Button Head Screw (x3)
- You can use shorter ones if the baseplate has threaded holes for these screws.
- M5 Hex Nut (x3)
- Use these if the holes are not tapped.
3D-printed alignment "curbs" for labware alignment:
- Line curbs (x4) (source/MOD-I.V1.stl)
- Corner curbs (x4) (source/MOD-L.V2.stl)
Manufacturing
Tools:
- CNC Laser Cutter (x1)
- 3D Printer (x1)
- Holes are sized and tapping M6 threads, and in optical table layout.
Materials:
- PLA Filament 1.75mm (x1)
- Acrylic stock: 650 x 400 x 8 mm Acrylic Sheet (x1)
